ITSPmagazine is an official RSA Conference media partner for the 2019 event in San Francisco; our third year dedicated to connecting information security and privacy with society, the way we live our lives, and the way we do our jobs.

This year, we extend the conversation beyond the traditional information security professional to include the everyday business professional looking to run their company in a secure and compliant fashion... even if information security isn't an area of expertise for them.

We will join an incredibly large group of attendees to explore new technologies and services presented by a variety of vendors and industry associations, and engage with colleagues and peers from around the world.

We will do this while brining you news and coverage from inside and around the event.

ITSPmagazine coverage, podcasts, webcasts, articles, and all our happenings during RSA Conference 2019 will be made possible by the generosity of our sponsors. We are ever so grateful for your support.

Have a story to share and want to join us for the journey? We invite you to discover the benefit of the full coverage sponsorship and let us know if you are interested in joining us for our adventures. We look forward to another exciting conference.

Join us for yet another memorable road trip to San Francisco

It has become an ITSPmagazine tradition to start our coverage with what we call Chats On The Road To RSA Conference. We connect with conference speakers, presenters, panelists and organizers to start the conversation way before anyone else does.

During these conversations, we get a sneak peek into what they are planning to share at the conference as well as a glimpse into their backgrounds and some additional insight on the topics they will discuss.

This year we are adding a new segment that will follow the conference. We will hear about what happened in San Francisco, if the expectations were met, and what the future looks like.

Solving Our Cybersecurity Talent Shortage

taking place at RSA Conference 2019 | San Francisco

Our good friend, Karen Worstell, is putting on an amazing session designed to have the conversations we need around the InfoSec talent pipeline with the goal of overcoming the challenges and shortages faced in the industry. More importantly, the session aims to do so in an inclusive, equitable, and diverse fashion.

We’re honored to be part of this event and invite you to join us all in San Francisco.

This is a seminar taking place during RSA Conference 2019:
Solving Our Cybersecurity Talent Shortage.

As part of the Chats on The Road To — and from — San Francisco, we are committing to record two Video Podcasts for RSAC 2019!

They will be from the road… literally.
Same people. Same car. Same sunglasses. Different topics. Different clothes.

Below you’ll find the chat we recorded last year on our way back to Los Angeles after our long week in San Francisco.

RSA Conference 2018 Recap | Chats on the road back to Los Angeles

As part of ITSPmagazine's continuing RSA Conference coverage, Sean, Selena, and Marco will cover the before, during, and after of this year San Francisco Event, complete with podcasts, on camera talk show, chronicles, pictures, and even - we are sure of it - a few cybersecurity celebrity sightings - remember, if you don't take a photo, it never happened!

This is the fun podcast recap of our time at RSAC in SF as narrated from the 101 Freeway in California.

We’re planning on doing a lot of these to bring you the most interesting conversations happening at the intersection of IT security and society.

In the meantime, have a listen to some of last year’s conversations.

Unusual Gatherings | the ITSPmagazine Talk Show

Conversations At The Intersection Of IT Security And Society

We had the idea of a talk show in mind for a long time. We took the opportunity last year to do our first (pilot) episode. It was a huge success. Since then, we’ve launched a radio version of the series (check out our Unusual Gatherings Radio Talk Show here) and, on special occasions, we plan to do a select number of Unusual Gatherings on camera.

Of course RSA Conference 2019 in San Francisco is one of those special occasions.

Even more special
because we have been offered to film our next on-camera Unusual Gatherings right where the RSAC buzz is created: on Broadcast Alley, the unofficial newsroom of RSAC 2019 where top security publications shoot live at the Conference and record exclusive interviews with cybersecurity VIPs.

We are honored and excited to be part of this.

As a matter of fact we are taking this opportunity to film not only one, but two talk shows!

Stay tuned as we are selecting our Unusual Guests to pair our Unusual Topics!

Their Story Podcasts

We love helping people and companies tell their stories. Of course, we don’t have unlimited bandwidth to do this all the time for all of the companies out there — so we must be selective. Last year, these are the stories that these companies really wanted to share with our audience. We hope you enjoy them!

If you have a story of your own to share, we can help you to make that happen.
