Jon is a hacker, leader, author, and professor that has been in working in engineering, information technology, and information security for 10 + years with positions ranging from consulting, DoD red teaming, and teaching. He is also the founder of the platform, "Offensive Security Interviews" - a platform used to support cyber enthusiasts get into the offensive security field.

Jon has a  bachelor's degree in information technology, a master's degree in cybersecurity with a focus on ethical hacking & penetration testing), and is currently a Ph.D. student in the Dakota State University Cyber Operations program. He holds various certifications such as CompTIA Security + and Pentest +, EC-Councils C|EH (Master), and the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP). He is also the author of the book "AWS Penetration Testing: A Beginners Guide to Pentesting AWS."

Erika is a cybersecurity professional with an abundance of experience working in the consulting, certification and attestation space.  She has a wide range of knowledge in the respective domains of Information Security and currently leads a high performing security team. She works alongside her team on dynamic engagements from clients ranging from tech start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises, with the goal of continuous improvement of the client’s security posture. Erika is extremely passionate about establishing trusted partnerships with her clients and empowering her team through her leadership.

Erika has a B.B.A in Managerial Science and a B.B.A in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University. Erika holds the following professional certifications: Security+, CISA, CRISC, CCSK, HITRUST CSF, CDPSE. She is a diversity and inclusion advocate, an avid reader,  life long learner, and proud dog mom.

As a tenured Special Operations Warrant Officer, tech blogger, podcaster, entrepreneur, and senior analyst in global intelligence, Jaclyn “Jax” Scott has sought to expand her skills within cybersecurity. Jax has held positions on boards of nonprofits providing tactical advice to reduce injury to women and children affected by sex trafficking and held executive leadership roles providing cybersecurity guidance to foreign leaders. She is an expert in military cyber policy and has led global development operations in cyber countermeasures to mitigate near-peer attacks.

Jax has over 17 years’ experience working in military operations where she worked on a special unit that offered gender-specific intelligence and security solutions. She is committed to her growth as a leader and is currently co-authoring a cybersecurity book and finishing her Master’s in Cybersecurity Risk Management at Georgetown University.
