InteliSecure now protects the critical assets of more than 500 enterprise customers worldwide with anticipated 2015 revenues in excess of $35M; forecasts a 50 percent annual sales growth rate in the next three consecutive years.
DENVER, and Reading, England, Oct. 28, 2015—InteliSecure, the leading managed security service provider (MSSP) delivering critical asset protection for enterprise organizations worldwide, today announced it has acquired Pentura, Ltd., a leading information security and MSSP based in the United Kingdom. The combination of InteliSecure and Pentura creates one of the world’s largest managed security services organizations focused on critical asset protection. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Based on the acquisition, InteliSecure projects 2015 revenues to total more than $35M (£22.6M). Additionally, the company anticipates a 50 percent annual sales growth rate for the next three years. The combined organization now protects the critical assets and most sensitive intellectual property for more than 500 enterprise organizations across North America and Europe.
The acquisition follows InteliSecure’s successful completion of an $8M Series B equity investment round led by Charlotte, N.C.-based Frontier Capital. To-date, InteliSecure has raised $22M of equity financing, combined with a $6M debt financing from Silicon Valley Bank to be used to fund development of InteliSecure’s next generation managed security services platform, slated for launch in Q1 2016. In total, InteliSecure has generated $28M in strategic investment capital over the last 16 months.
